Synventive has many years of experience producing hot runner systems specifically for use in aluminum molds. This experience has led us to develop a set of guidelines for producing a hot runner for maximum performance in an aluminum mold.

Synventive Asia has received the annual supplier award for outstanding quality from the Yanfeng Visteon Group. Mr. Wang Zenghui, Synventive Asia’s Sales Director, accepted the award at Yanfeng Visteon’s annual supplier conference held earlier this year.

Synventive expands

image tempSynventive expands sales, service and manufacturing operations


Synventive recently celebrated the opening of a new, additional facility in Suzhou, China to increase its hot runner production. The new factory more than doubles the company’s manufacturing space from 2,800 square meters to 6,900 square meters.

Also in Asia, Synventive continues to expand its presence. The company recently entered the Vietnam market with sales and service support, and in continuing to increase sales and service support in Japan, Korea and India.

Meanwhile, in North America, Synventive has added staff and relocated its Michigan Service Center.

Synventive recently exhibited at the Diemould India 2010 exhibition, held in Mumbai from March 18-21. Prashant Shelar, Vice President – Marketing for Synventive JBJ Pvt. Ltd. in India, reports that the show attracted over 25,000 attendees and was a good show for the moldmaking industry.
