S&E SPECIALTY POLYMERS NAMES NEXT STEP COMMUNICATIONS THEIR AGENCY OF RECORD

West Newbury, MA (May 3, 2010) . . . S&E Specialty Polymers of Lunenburg, Mass. has named Next Step Communications as its agency of record.

S&E is a leading compounder of plastic resins that are used in the Automotive, Wire & Cable, Battery, and Footwear Industries as well as in other general purpose applications. The company produces a variety of flame retardant compounds for PVC and polyolefins and also specializes in exact color matching capabilities. In addition, S&E has a state-of-the-art product development and testing lab and enjoys ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 17025:2005 certification.

Duane Shooltz, Chief Operating Officer at S&E, said ‘we are working to re-brand our company and be more visible in the plastics industry. We are confident this new initiative will help us grow and gain market share, and we are happy to have Greg Hannoosh and Next Step on board to help us achieve our goals.”

The initial focus will include a strong PR campaign to promote S&E in the industry, said Greg Hannoosh, President of Next Step. “S&E is a strong company with a great story to tell, yet they have kept a relatively low profile until now,” said Hannoosh. “We look forward to helping them spread the word about their capabilities.”

In addition to the initial PR effort, Next Step will work to develop an advertising campaign, literature and an increased online presence for S&E.

Next Step Communications Inc. is a full-service advertising agency specializing in serving business-to-business clients in industries including plastics, packaging, electronics and others. Founded in 1996, the company is headquartered in Kittery Point, Maine.
